The Clinical Specialist Consultant will work under the supervision of the Clinical Outcomes Team on a contract basis. In this role you will provide educational and sales support in the implementation of the Kurin product portfolio, and blood culture collection best practices.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing product and disease state education to clinicians (RNs, Phlebotomists, EMTs, MDs) in acute care settings
  • Support sales activities through clinical audits, inventory tracking, product stocking support, product compliance follow up, etc.

Candidate preferences:

  • Minimum credentials required for the Clinical Specialist Consultant position are RN or CLS.
  • Work history of at least one year in an acute care hospital setting, emergency department or critical care experience is preferred
  • Experience in clinical education and/or training

Prospective hire needs to know:

  • This position will require the team member to travel both locally and nationally
  • This position is a contract position with no weekend or holiday obligations, and no minimum hour obligation

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and building trusted partnerships with a consultative approach for hospitals and IDN’s in their defined territories.         The Clinical Outcomes Director will report directly into the Regional Clinical Outcomes Director who  directly reports into the VP of Clinical Operations.  They will provide support and serve as clinical liaison  with partnered customers.  The Clinical Outcomes Director will be responsible for calling on personnel in  multiple departments within hospitals in the assigned territory and effectively communicate the benefits of  using the Kurin product.  

        Responsibilities:

          •  Clinical consultant responsible for overall project management, incorporating solution driven strategies that enhance clinical processes and outcome success
          • In collaboration with sales, lead the design, development, and implementation process to drive successful outcome achievement

          • Engage, build, and maintain key stakeholder relationships across hospital departments (Emergency Department, Laboratory, Intensive Care Unit, Infection Prevention/Quality, C-suite etc.), establish long term partnerships with customers to drive sustained results
