Bob Rogers has been in the medical device industry for over 45 years. His industry experience has provided him with a foundation from which he has developed several innovative devices. Specifically, Mr. Rogers is recognized as one of the founders of the luer-activated valve industry estimated to exceed annual sales of $1.2 billion worldwide and the disinfection cap market estimated to exceed $1 billion annually. As the CEO of Ivera Medical from 2007-2015, Rogers led the creation of an entirely new market space with the development of the CUROS™ disinfecting cap product line, an innovation that was acquired by 3M Corporation in early 2015. Rogers has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and developing elegantly simple designs to address pervasive healthcare issues. His patented ideas have founded several companies including Ivera Medical, Bridge Medical and Mission Medical Devices. He has held executive management positions with PPG (Sensors Division), Bridge Medical, CardioNet and Ivera Medical. Rogers has over 50 issued US and foreign patents with many more patents pending. Rogers was awarded 2014 Healthcare Entrepreneur of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Tom brings over 20 years of dynamic experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry to Kurin. With leadership spanning sales, training, marketing, clinical, and research roles, he leverages his extensive expertise to craft innovative strategies for success. At Kurin he leads the market-leading sales and clinical teams that are improving patient outcomes, achieving record revenue growth, securing national GPO awards, and advancing the quality impact of preventing false positive blood cultures. Prior to joining Kurin, Tom was a top performer at 3M Corporation, where he earned accolades as a top sales performer, played a pivotal role in shaping global sales training strategies, and achieved remarkable growth in the 3M acute care product portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of LaVerne and an MBA from LSU Shreveport. He resides in Minnesota with his wife, and two kids.

Chuck has over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership in the healthcare industry. He started off his career at Ernst & Young and has worked at several public and private companies, including Encad, AnaptysBio, Santarus, Ivera Medical, and 3M Corp. He was part of the transition team at Ivera Medical to 3M Corp and has been with Kurin since 2016. His experience includes SEC financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, cost accounting, ERP implementations, and acquisitions. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.

Don has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry serving in senior management positions in Design & Development, and Quality and Regulatory Affairs with startup companies such as CardioNet, Tandem Diabetes Care and most recently, Ivera Medical which was sold to 3M in March 2015. He has also served as VP GM for leading contract medical device design, research and development and manufacturing services.

Abby Norfleet
EVP, Sales
Abby Norfleet came to Kurin with nearly 20 years of experience as a critical care nurse at a renowned level one trauma facility, and as a clinical specialist education consultant for various medical device companies. Abby joined the Ivera Medical Clinical Integration Team in 2012, helping to achieve long-term sustainability of clinical outcomes. After the 3M Corporation acquisition of Ivera, Abby led the 3M Clinical Outcomes Team, supporting the vascular access, infection prevention, and wound care portfolios before becoming a 3M Strategic Solutions Director supporting partnerships with large IDNs. Abby has her degrees in Biology and Nursing from University of North Carolina Wilmington and Central Piedmont Community College, respectively and she holds a certification as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her son, Weston, and dog, Izzy.

Jenna has over 15 years of marketing experience in the healthcare, technology, and wellness industries at companies such as Weight Watchers, Apple, Atlas Lift Tech, and Bravida Medical. Her expertise includes clinical outcomes, marketing strategy, planning and execution, branding, upstream and downstream marketing, and managing strategic relationships. Jenna also has cross-functional experience in operations and sales. During her career, she was successful in driving performance and change through the rebranding of two companies as well as developing a clinical outcomes strategy by partnering with physicians and clinicians across the globe to produce over 20 peer-reviewed publications over a wide range of clinical disciplines. Jenna studied industrial psychology and French at the University of Kansas and the University of Minnesota. Jenna and her husband split time between New York City and Orlando, Fl.

Molly Hough

Molly has over 10 years of clinical nursing experience in critical care. As a strong advocate for the patients she cared for in the intensive care unit, Molly developed a passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of care, which enhanced her interest in novel technologies and the medical device industry. While working as a nurse in New York City, Molly was also a clinical nurse specialist consultant for Ivera Medical. Prior to coming to Kurin, Molly worked as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular & Surgical ICU at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Molly has a B.S. degree in Biology from Villanova University and a BSN from New York University.

Dave Lloyd has over 40 years of experience in the medical industry. He has spent his entire medical sales career focused on hospital and homecare IV infusion. At Ivac, Dave was a #1 Sales Representative, Presidents Club member, and held positions in sales training, finance, and product management. At Block Medical, Dave helped launch the HomePump and was the #1 Regional Sales Manager. Dave served as VP of Sales for specialty distributor, Advanced Medical Systems, and VP of Sales and Marketing for Churchill Medical Systems, both of which were acquired by Vygon. At Vygon USA, Dave was VP of Sales and integrated the Vygon Neonatal product line into the U.S. market. Prior to co-founding Kurin, Inc., Dave excelled as Vice President of Sales for Ivera Medical where he achieved sales greater than $30 million in a greenfield market in just 4 years. Dave has a B.S. degree in Marketing from Penn State University. He lives with his wife Anne in Lancaster PA.

Matt Heindel has more than 35 years in the medical industry, with an emphasis on commercializing technologies. Most recently, he was VP, Business Development at Ivera Medical heading the international and domestic marketing and sales communication efforts that made CUROS™ the leading name in disinfection caps. Prior to this, he served as COO with NeoMatrix and VP of Sales and Marketing with Prism Enterprises. Matt began his career with McGaw, Inc. where his 16-year service encompassed multiple sales and marketing management roles, including a 2-year assignment in the Middle East where he acquired a passion for international markets. Matt has broad experience with capital and disposable products, domestic and international markets, as well as direct, independent sales representatives and distributor-based sales channels. Matt holds a B.S. in Psychology from Cal State University, Bakersfield, and lives outside of San Antonio, TX.

Gino Kang is an engineer with more than 35 years in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries with experience in R&D, manufacturing, and business development. Gino has demonstrated success in developing innovative products from concept through successful commercialization, most recently scaling Ivera Medical’s CUROS™ disinfecting cap prior to the company’s acquisition by 3M Healthcare. Career highlights include technical and leadership roles at Corvida Medical, Ivera Medical (3M), Biosensors International, Avail Medical (Flex Medical), CardioNet (BioTelemetry), Bridge Medical (Cerner), McGaw (B. Braun), and Amgen. Gino received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of California at San Diego and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ.

Eddie Rodriguez

Eddie Rodriguez’s legal practice focuses on a full range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, technology licensing, and general business counseling for both public and private companies. He has extensive experience with counseling public and private companies in the life science, telecommunications, software, hardware, e-commerce, and information technology industries in a broad range of transactional matters. Eddie has represented clients in over 200 mergers and acquisition transactions, some in excess of $1.8 billion, and has represented investors and private companies in numerous private equity financings valued at more than $200 million. Eddie is admitted to practice in California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, and the San Diego Bar Association. He received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles (1991), and his J.D. from Stanford Law School (1994).

Luis J. Maseda is a seasoned executive in healthcare and medical technology with strong technical and financial expertise. He is currently President of Precipart, a KKR portfolio company, focused on precision motion solutions and micro components for various MedTech verticals, as well as critical Aerospace and Defense applications. Previously, Luis was President of NP Medical, a Jabil company, which is dedicated to making quality patient care possible through product solutions that address large scale clinical needs. He has built his career principally in the Medical Device and Biotechnology sectors, holding a variety of roles spanning from front-line manufacturing operations, R&D, Finance, Sales, and Product Management to executive leadership. His contributions have ranged from P&L responsibilities in multibillion dollar transnational companies to being among the first hires for a start-up. His Board of Directors work focuses on hospital, healthcare advocacy, and early-stage company advisory. Luis earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the MIT School of Engineering and Management from the MIT Sloan School. He earned his BS in Biomedical Engineering from University of Florida.

Terry has broad expertise covering operations, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership transitions. He has served as lead independent director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and as a board member of several companies, including three companies in the medical field – Inamed, Isolagen, and Ivera. In addition, he has held various leadership levels including as CEO, COO, and CFO at private and public companies. He has been the CEO at Encad, a public company, the President of a division of Eastman Kodak, and the CFO of several companies ranging from venture backed startups to established companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Riverside.
